The directions for each of these smoothies are simple:

  • Throw all the ingredients in your blender.

  • ¼  c Almond Milk
  • ½ c Lite Coconut Milk
  • ½ Small Banana
  • 2 T Almond Butter
  • ¼ c Shredded Unsweetened Coconut
  • ¼ c Low-fat Vanilla Greek Yogurt (Optional)
  • 2 Ice Cubes
  • 1 Scoop Cocoa KEOtone Skin Firming Powder

  1. Choco-Mocha
  • ¾ c Almond Milk
  • ½ Small Banana
  • 4 Ice Cubes
  • 1-2 T Instant Coffee or Coffee-Flavored Drink Mix
  • ¼ t Cinnamon
  • 1 scoop Cocoa KEOtone Skin Firming Powder


  1. Dark Chocolate Orange
  • ½ c Almond Milk

Energy Bites

These tiny, nutritious bites make great snacks.  Perfect for fighting off the midday munchies, they’ll fill you up while providing a probiotic boost. Make one batch early in the week, and keep it in the fridge for a quick bite on the go.

Once again, the recipes here are simple:

  • Combine wet ingredients
  • Add dry ingredients
  • Stir
  • Form into 2” diameter balls
  • Store in the fridge

Tip: Add the dry ingredients slowly, and stir as you go. You may want to use a little more or less of them, depending on the type of nut butter and sweetener you use.


  1. Peanut Butter Bites
  • ½ c Peanut Butter
  • ¼ c Honey
  • 2 Scoops Cocoa KEOtone Skin Firming Powder
  • ½ c Rolled Oats
  • ½ C Flax Seeds
